If you need to cancel your appointment then please contact us on 0800 689 9600 at least 48 hours before so that we can reschedule your appointment. We will try our utmost to fit you in as soon as is practical.
If you do not turn up for your appointment then we can rebook your visit at your request although there may be a small booking fee for this.
